In order for us to find your exchange cargo easily, you are kindly requested to write your name, surname and telephone number during the cargo shipment.
Will I pay the exchange and return shipping costs?
For your purchases from Ahunare.com, exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. During the exchange, the shipping costs of the products you purchased are deducted and the fee is given to you as an exchange voucher.
In certain cases (stock error, damaged product, etc.), our return process for online payments is 15 business days from the date the product reaches our company.
The shipping fee you pay to deliver the products to you is not refundable.
The shipping fee paid when sending the product you decided to exchange to us will be reflected to you.
All products we offer for sale are inspected for damage while being packaged for delivery. In the unlikely event that the product reaches you defective/defective, the process works as follows; When your order is delivered to your address by the cargo officer, be sure to check the outer package for damage before receiving the product and prepare a "Due Detection Report" as soon as you see any damage.
In case of any damage you notice after the delivery of the order, you must immediately contact the relevant cargo branch and ask them to prepare a "Due Determination Report". If the cargo branch does not assist you in this matter, please inform us as soon as possible.
When you send the damaged product to our address together with the Damage Assessment Report, your product exchange or return process will be completed quickly and you will be informed about it.
